Birth Doula Support Pricing & Packages

Choosing a doula for your birth is a deeply personal decision, and I’m here to provide the guidance, support, and care you need throughout your pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum period. I offer two packages to ensure flexibility and support for every family's unique needs. 

Basic Birth Support Package

$750

This package provides you with the essential support to feel confident and informed during your pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum. Here's what's included:

  • 1 Prenatal Session
    We’ll discuss all things birth preparation, including your birth plan, comfort measures, and any questions you may have about the process.

  • Continuous Support via Text & Email
    You’ll have access to me for any questions or concerns you may have during your pregnancy. I’m here to support you!

  • On-Call Support Starting at 37 Weeks
    I will be on-call for you starting at 37 weeks of pregnancy, ready to assist you whenever labor begins.

  • In-Person Support During Labor & up to 2 Hours After Birth
    I’ll provide hands-on support during labor to ensure you feel calm, empowered, and informed. I’ll also stay with you up to 2 hours after birth to help with the initial bonding and breastfeeding.

  • 1 Postpartum Visit (Around 2 Weeks After Birth)
    A follow-up visit to check in on your emotional and physical well-being, as well as support with breastfeeding, newborn care, or any other questions you may have.

Deluxe Birth Support Package

$1200

The Deluxe Birth Support Package offers comprehensive care, ensuring you feel fully supported from pregnancy through your early postpartum weeks. This package includes:

  • Up to 3 Prenatal Sessions
    We will meet for up to three in-depth prenatal sessions to discuss all aspects of birth preparation, including your birth preferences, comfort measures, coping techniques, and creating both your birth and postpartum plans. I’m here to answer all your questions and provide expert guidance.

  • Continuous Support via Text & Email
    You will have access to me throughout your pregnancy for any questions or concerns. I am just a text or email away to offer advice, encouragement, and support.

  • On-Call Support Starting at 37 Weeks
    I’ll be on-call from 37 weeks of pregnancy to ensure I’m available when labor begins. I’ll be ready to support you at any time, day or night.

  • In-Person Support During Labor & Up to 2 Hours After Birth
    I’ll be with you in person throughout your labor to provide physical and emotional support. After the birth, I’ll remain with you for up to 2 hours to help with initial bonding, breastfeeding, and any immediate postpartum needs.

  • Up to 3 Postpartum Visits (Up to 6 Weeks After Birth)
    After birth, I will visit you at home up to three times to provide emotional support, assist with newborn care, and offer help with basic household tasks. These visits will help you adjust to life with your new baby and ensure you are supported during the early weeks of postpartum recovery.

Payment & Booking

A $250 retainer is required at contract signing to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due by 37 weeks pregnant. Please contact me to inquire about military discounts and payment plans or any other questions you may have.
